i got a few CPUs and a broken g4 cube motherboard. anyway i made a little diagram
for a motherboard for me to make a Mac Clone.
but is it legal? will apple get mad if they found out?

Apple doesn't give a flying f*** what you do with your own spare parts. The big issue is licencing the content of the Mac ROMs, which they will NOT do. You have to buy the ROMs from Apple, and they'll only sell 'em to you in the form of a Macintosh :)

Since you already have the motherboard, you don't have anything to worry about.
