HELP. I have several 4GB First Generation Nanos loaded with tunes. After doing a reset, all I get is the "select a language" screen and none of the click wheel "keys" work. I can reset it with the Menu/Select keys, but it won't go into disk mode with the Menu/Back "keys". The Hold key is off, the battery is fully charged and my computer/iTunes detects the iPod. This has got to be a common problem, but all I find on the internet is the standard "do the five" routine, which did not help. I've changed the click wheel: still the same problem. Somebody please help. Thanks, Jerry
