Hi
I got mu ipod back in Dec. and now it wont mount on my desktop or in itunes. In the system profiler recognizes it is connected but it wont mount. I need to get a powerpoint presentation off asap
Please Help

Try DiskWarrior. It may have gotten corrupted.

Try Disk First Aid, too.

Because both of them can see unmounted volumes. Now go try it before I lose my patience.
