Your best bet is running nat on your NT Machine

Install Winroute. It actually runs NAT software mode, and allows you to do some really cool stuff like packet filters and so.

Set yourself up with an internal /24, then just assign ip addresses your boxes. It's works well.

I use a WebRamp 700s unit. A hardware firewall solution that provides NAT. You don't need to to leave your NT machine running. Also provides security for your LAN.

Turn web sharing on the Mac. And then find
out what the tcp/ip address is. Looksthis up
in a browser and you will see an ftp like
interfgace. click on a file to download. The
fiiles shown on this screen are files located
in a folder selected in the web sharing
control panel. As far as the NT machine, I'll
have to check with my PC techs, but it should
be fairly
