I am attempting to acess internet on my new eMac computer. We setup everything correctly, access numbers we compied from our old computer. I had an msn account. When we tried to connect, it said something along the lines of Authentication failed. We figured out it was something wrong with our account.

So, we set up a NetZero account, we got sorftware, installed it and tried to connect. When we tried to connect from the eMac's connection page, the dial tone would go through its process, but it was still Authentication failed. When we tried to connect from NetZero's actual program, it would connect, but without the tone, and would just say "Dialing (the access #)" and stay like that until the end of forever.

Are we doing something wrong or is there a problem with something..?
