Comment: When I attempt to connect I receive the following: "The connection attempt failed: An unexpected Open Transport error occured. There may be insufficient memory to connect or a problem with the port selection in the Modem control panel." This started intermitently and then became permanent. I checked the Modem Control Panel and it showed: "Connect via: " I've checked the phone line and connections, turned off unneeded extensions and even replaced the internal modem. No luck. Any ideas? Thanks for your response!
