Hi
In Interface Builder, I started a program with 2 windows in
it, one being the main window. Is there a way that I can
open the second window when a button in the main
window is pressed? The application that I'm working on is
a Carbon app.
Thanks everybody!

If you're new to Carbon, and you're developing in XCode, you want this book:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000C4SI44/qid=1137953903/sr=8-1/ref=pd_bbs_1/104-4589995-5699152?n=507846&s=books&v=glance

It will show you how to do what you describe, and plenty more :)
