i have tried to install darwin on my intel machine but got this error when i boot from darwin cd it gave me option to enter then it starts finding my devices and their drivers befor installation now after some findings it stop at a point for long then display still waiting for root devices i have tried on another 1.7 celeron same problem.

Er... you can't install Darwin on a PC. It's designed for Mac only. I can't believe you got as far as you say you did!

dear in-effect i think u r not uptodate go to apple site and read there a new version of this os is under development for the intel base pcs.
it is running and recognizing intel porcessor i have instaled it on amd it works fine there but on my 2.4 ht or on 1.7 celeron it gave the above error.
