I began using the OS 10.2.2 and I could use the ink function with my wacom palette. But since I update to 10.2.4 and still now, the ink function does not work at all, simply it does not appear in the screen. Anyone with this problem? Thanks.

Try a Repair Permissions and check out your system with Disk Utility's First Aid to make sure nothing is funky.

I am having a similar problem with Ink not appearing with OSX.2.4, but I had the same problem with OSX.2.2. I cannot seem to find InkPad at all. Is it supposed to automatically appear when using a tablet? I am using a Powerbook G4 800. I have emailed Wacom to see if they can help.
