Is there any way that I can burn or access the files in a .img file on my PC? Is there any converters that would convert a .img to an .iso or .bin?

NO.
You would have to open the .img on a Mac and see if there is any info on it that is cross platform compatible or if you could transfer the data to one that is.

I don't know exactly what format your '.img' file is in, cause there are a few. But there are a few utilities I use for HFS disk images. There's Gemulator explorer, and HFVExplorer. They're mainly used for transfering files between emulator image files, but who knows, maybe they'll recognize your format.

They're both made for the windows platform. Here's an address where you can get them:

Hope this helps.
