iMac won't wake up

I leave my mac on and sometimes, after the screen goes to sleep, it won't wake back up and I have to turn it off and power back up again.

Hello, I have had this problem alot with my powerbook 12" g4 running OS 10.2.8...Think it's a software problem, as the problem has never happened since i upgraded to OS 10.3.1. Prob just another prob that apple kept quiet and fixed in 10.3 :). I did never find a way to remedy it in 10.2 :(...
