imac mainboard 400Mhz into imac 266 Mhz

hi I'm from holland and I was wondering if a imac 400Mhz mainboard fits into a imac 233Mhz????

I mean with connecting cables and so on...

I don't mind cutting away some useless plastic from the imac with a hack saw...

Depending on whether or not it's a slot-load, you can probably get it working with minimal (tray-load) or a large amount of (slot-load) effort. The slot-load iMacs were *very* different from the tray-loaders.
