Explain further what you mean. Activate membership for what program? Training for what? Remove that activation code right away, even though no one can use it until they find out what it's for.
You should have received an email from Apple with your reservation code and the instructions should be in that. You haven't bothered to mention where in the world you are but if you are in the UK then you could always try the Apple helpline on 0800 048 0408.
