I have a Blueberry G3 Imac that starts up, but nothing displays on the screen. Each time I press the startup button, I hear the startup chime, but only a blank screen shows. How do I fix this?

Thanks

This happened after I attempted to install Mac OS X. I think it maybe from not doing the firmware update. Any ideas?

Have you tried booting it from an OS9 cd?
If you can see a screen with it, and you are pretty sure
that you need to upgrade the firmware, your gonna need
to be booted into 9 anyways to do it..
If so, and you already had OS9 on the computer before
installing OSX it will still be there...just change the startup
control panel to OS9 and install the firmware
update...Apple System Profiler in OS9 will tell you which
version you currently have, and I'd advise you to check it
*first*.
Otherwise youll need to install 9 if you never had it on
there..as I understand it, you can only install the FW
update while booted in OS9...

I think it's damaged beyond repair. I can't even see anything on the screen. The computer starts up and goes through the regular start up chime, but no image.
