Dear Group:

Sometimes when I use IE5 the images
on the web pages are missing. I tried to
restart my Mac and that didn"t help. I
haven't changed any settings in IE5. What
could be the problem?

Thanks!

the images are not on the server, it most likely doesnt have anything to do with your computer. when u use other browsers do the images show up? or do the images show up on other computers?

Just my thoughts

The memory is low and the images cannot load. Change the memory settings for explorer or simply reboot to refresh the memory. You may have a lot of extensions enabled which is also eating away at your RAM.

Thanks for the help.

Skooter, the images do show up on other
computers.

And Wayne, I think it is a memory
problem. I only have 72MB ram. I am
buying another 64MB stick today.

Thanks again guys!

Throw out IE 5 and use iCab instead. It's far less RAM-hungry and is much faster.
