iDisk lock-out

I backed-up some important files to the iDisk within the iTools website. I did this in order to reload my OS as it had been corrupted. Unfortunately I am now completely locked out of the website. It doesn't recognise my username or password, or my date-of-birth in the "help with password" section. If anybody can help............

You seem to have done EVERYTHING
YOU CAN to access YOUR OWN
personal account info.
I would forget about the iDisk info & go to
'plan B' if I were you.
