Does anyone know how to force OSX to remember where I want my icons to be on the desktop? I would love any reference on how to mildly tweak OSx.

run Dsik Frist aide from the os disk and it should fix it, if that does't work trash your prefrenc folder in the user libray, u will have to reset up everyting like your mail app and your dock, but this should fix it.
