Have other iBook or Mac users experienced buzzing noises, hissing or speaker-mic feedback since updating to 10.2.6? Apple support has narrowed it down to software, and is citing the dread "Hardware Distinction:" since our software caused your problem but your hardware's OK, we may or may not develop a fix. An Archive/Clean Restore fixes the problem, but in 10.2.1 I can't live the iLife - QuickTime updates, Apple Music file formats, new releases, etc. Have other users encountered this? Any advice for getting my 5-month-old investment restored to the functions I paid for? Thanks.
