Command + Option + O + F not work, can not get into fireware. Also, Command + Option + P + R not work. Boot OS9, OSX CD with "C" not work. Only caplock and other keyboard lights work. ;(

Is the fireware problem? Firmware or rom corrupted?
Thanks.

What's it do instead of working? Particularly when you try to get into the firmware, but with the others as well...

This ibook 600 got problem with LCD display.
Since the LCD back light not on, possible
the LCD cable or display chips got problem.

Now return to Apple for repair. :(((
