Check the Startup Items Folder in the
System folder, if it's in there, take it out.
It may also have a Preference set to start
when the computer is turned on. To check
that, start MSN and check the
Preferences, usually under the File or Edit
Menu.

Or do like Bob said and just disable it. But I'd delete it. Microsoft will own your children one day...
