I have Kodak Easyshare on my Mac and I want to get rid of it. I've tried dragging it to the trash, but I'm unable to empty the trash. I get a message that some of the components are in use. However, when I try to force quit, it doesn't even show the program as open. I think it's slowing down my computer. How do I get rid of it?

Do a spotlight for "easyshare" and/or "kodak" and trash all the hits that come up. Also check your start-up items to make sure a Easyshare component isn't launching itself at start-up. Restart your computer and you should be able to empty the trash.

Check to make sure preview is not running in the dock. Or
any other photo related program. You could always look in
terminal and see what hangs.
