OS: 9.22
CPU/Ram: 400/576
Model/Manufacturer: imac g3
Comment:
i got a imac g3 that has os 9.22 on it right now. i decided to put tiget 10.4 on it, i got a 4 cd install off a auction site, they be arriving in post soon.

now i have a question here, i'm new to this but ive been readin up on it but cant really make much sense even from official tutorial.

what do i do to get classic os 9.22 to work in tiger?

i understand i can install classic under tiger, but people say they haven't been able to do it cos tiger doesn't come with classic?

However i do actually have os 9 install cds. I have os 9.0.4 main install, and also a burned disc with updates 9.1, 9.2 and 9.22 on it. so what do I do?

i assume i simply wipe the hdd and install tiger freshly on the mac, then i put in the os 9.0.4 install and install it on top? and then i use the updates? is that right?

by the way sorry for poor spelling, english is not my native tongue and im a terrible typer! :X

I'm not quite sure it will work the same as 10.2, but when I
went to 10.2 from 9.2, I installed it on top of 9.2. All the OS
9 stuff was but into OS 9 folders. No need to wipe the drive
prior.
