I keep getting a pop up windows messenger from someone I don't know. I cancel it but it returns. How do I get rid of it?
Macintosh is a range of computers manufactured by Apple inc, it is not the actual specification. Please can you be more precise where/how the popup is occuring ?

I have a MacBook. The pop up is blue, shows up in the lower right hand corner. It says "Yahoo Messenger" and "malttaint7999" is in a box. I push the "x" to close it and a window says "you have messages, are you sure you want to close the window"
I push "ok" and the pop up disappears. Then it returns.
http://messenger.yahoo.com/mac configure the settings to not notify you have messages, if you do not use Yahoo Messenger then uninstall.
