I use a PC. Customers sometimes send me artwork that originated on a MAC. Most of them do not know how to convert the file so that I can open it. I don't know anything about MAC's. Can somebody please tell me what they are suppose to do so I can let them know!--Thanks

I don't know if it supports the formats that you work with. Some Mac applications will save in PC compatible formats.

Sometimes the files are written in DOS format but there is no extender, Wordfile.doc with out the doc is usless to windows as it only associates by extenders. MAC on the other hade knows who built the file and can use it. If it cannot it usually due to a missing fork or such.
If you make a movie as I have, be sure and add the .avi to the end of the file before you send it out to a pc user or it will not work automatically. It will still work you just have to say open with this application. but then you would have to know what it is.
