It may be because you are using Safari! i have been having problems using hotmail through Safari, so i tried a different browser. Try using Firefox, this works for me.

That's correct...no version of Safari, that I know of, will work with Hotmail aka WindowsLive mail anymore..regardless of OSX version.. You'll have to use some mozilla variant such as Firefox or Netscape 9x..

How about I can access MSN homepage but can't view hotmail or my MSN. I get a blank screen that is "Done" loading. I don't know what to do!! the mail is important, of course, and I haven't seen it for three days now. Can't even find a phone number to call tech folks.

Solution
In Safari, choose Preferences from the Safari window. Click the Security tab. Click Show Cookies. In the search field type ".live.com" to search the cookies list. Note: The text to search on starts with a period. Click Remove All to delete all cookies found related to live.com. Click Remove All in the confirmation dialog box. If the issue returns, repeat the steps.
