Comment:

MSN has sent me a couple of emails
stating that it would be necessary to
change settings in Outlook to continue
recieving and sending email messages.
This is due to a new anit-spam email
change.

Anyway, I'm using entourage with a Mac
and haven't been able to figure out how to
change my settings and this morning, my
email no longer works.

So a couple of questions.

1. Will I be able to continue using
Mac/MSN and Entourage?
2. If so, what changes need to be made
in my account settings that will allow me
to send and recieve emails?
3. I'm assuming other people have had
to make these changes. Is this the
correct assumption?

Please help.

Thanks,

Dan

Probably they are referring to
"authentication". Look at Menu -> Tools ->
Accounts -> Edit accounts, and see at the
bottom, in italics "Click here for advanced
sending options". If you use the pop and
smtp from the same provider, mark the
option "Use same setting as incoming
mail server".
