You couldn't leave well enough alone, could you?

I *told* you 7.5 was a bad idea but you didn't listen...

What do you mean by "doesn't work?"

Download new installer disks from Gamba's page (google for it) and make fresh disks.

It's not a problem with your hard disk if the installer disk itself won't work right.

I know it is not a problem with the installer disks cause i tried them on a spare hardrive on the same computer and it installed 7.5 great and it ran fine and it started up faster than it did before and it runs alot faster...so dont tell me that it will make it slower!

If you've got a dead hard disk, and you *KNOW* it's dead, why are you wasting my time?

Time the bootup. It'll be at least a minute slower. Trust me. 7.5.x on an LC II is horrible.

Hey i fixed my problem all i did was got a bootdisk and some software to reformat that hardrive and i reinstalled 7.5 because i think it is better...we all have a different opinions about computers but i think that 7.5 runs alot smoother that 7.0.1.
