Comment:
Hey, I recently changed my internal hard drive in my G4 PowerBook as it sounded on the way out - the sound of hard drive wiring tooo it death. However, once i had replaced the hard drive in my G4 i brought an external firewire hard drive case. I have been using this as extra storge and has served me well, even tho there has been the occastional wining of the hard drive i have become so use too. Anyway, recently my hard drive has failed to mount on boot up and any attemp to mount, fix or check the status of the hard drive using disk utility or disk warroir has ended up in the individual programmes frezzing up! I suspect this is due to the hard drive havin more that one foot in the grave know and is surly dead! However, in one last atempt to bring life back to the device i ask you for any help on my prediciment. Have i over looked an soloution to bring life back to the hard drive.
