here's one..... i just installed Norton Personal Firewall, and have cable access.
i set prefs to warn of access attempts, and since then, it's been going off.
how many of these are real, and how many are false alarms? i have been
running Whois on the IP numbers, and they are mostly other service
providers, usually overseas. one attempt was from a university.
what's going on? is this something to worry about? of course i disable
it before launching Limewire.
