g4dual processor won't boot Norton cd

I'm trying to run Speed Disk to de-frag my G4s (dual proccesor), but they won't boot up from the cd. I've tied resetting my start up disk to the cd ... still will boot from the HD. Suggestions? (two of these machines have OS X, but I'm running the OS9 on them the others have OS9) Thanx ditka

Which version of Norton are you using.... Remember: Version 5 had issues with G4's
