Comment:

I operate three Macs with single
keyboard, monitor and mouse using a
simple adb KVM box. Using an ADB
keyboard and mouse I operate a
PPC9500(G3 upgrade), G3 Blue and
White Mac(thru adb port) and G4 800 dual
(with usb/adb adapter.) Everything works
fine, except G4 superdrive only opens and
closes thru key on new USB keyboard. Is
there any way to program a function key
on adb keyboard to emulate this key? Any
other solution like AppleScript? How do I
do it?

On your G4's installer CD, you'll find a folder called "CD Extras." In that folder should be an AppleScript for ejecting the CD/DVD media. Assign that to a function key (F15 works well if you're using an extended keyboard) using the Keyboard control panel in OS 9.1 or higher and you're all set.
