I cannot get my G4 to recognize any Hard Drives installed. I have tried 3 drives and it does not recognize any on the bus. Has anyone seen this before. I boot from the CD and no drives show up. I have zapped the PRAM and I have checked every cable, replaced the IDE cable and still nothing. I know the drives are OK, since my other G4 recognizes them. I need help!!! I am getting a flashing ? disk on Startup.

Could be a bad IDE controller. Was your G4 purchased late enough that Apple included one of the hardware test CDs with it? If so, run that. If not, find a service provider who can take a look at it or a friend with a hardware test CD.
