G4 PPC Dual Processor Won't boot from CD

I have System CD OS 9.
I upgraded to 9.2.2. and upgraded the FirmWare to 4.2.8f1. The System is working well.

I want a clean system installation but i can't boot anymore from the system CD.
I tried several options ( keypress "c")during the startup, comm-option-shift-del, comm-option-P+R 3 times and selected the cd-rom in the controlpanel as boot disk. With the Programmer switch i reset the NVRAM and set on default settings. Still the (? apple folder appears). I olso unplugged the HD power.

Can someone HELP me to solve this problem???

Tried asking Apple's tech support? Sounds like you've exercised most of the options I'd try...
