my ibook will only get to a blue screen and will not go any further. i get a mouse and can move it around the blanck blue screen, but thats it. can anyone help?

i don't think he ibook was board problem but system problem. i think reinstall OSX may fix the problem.if you have os 9 on your disk you can hold ALT key on boot sound played.and you'll beable to choose boot system.you can run OS9 to backup your files. good luck
