Found a problem in OS 9

I ran a test and it brought up this: What should i do?? Problem: MountCheck found serious errors. Problem: Volume Header needs minor repair, 1, 0 The volume “Macintosh HD” needs to be repaired. Thanx Dan
Try using Disk Warrior to build a new directory. If this doesn't correct the problem, you'll have to reformat the drive.

Disk First Aid almost never helps this problem.
