Boot with the extensions off (press shift on startup). Then remove the "multiple users" control panel and extension (put them on the desktop). Reboot.

There's no way to get around it without taking to an authorised service center. That's the whole point of the password - to keep your data secure :)
actually i just over came this problem today w/ my powermac g3. with os9.1 and later you cant boot w/o extension to get around m. users, however ifu use a os 8 cd it will let u install over it w/out destroyin your data. good luck
