I forgot my password for my mac OS 9. I don't have the OS disk. Is there a password override?

No.

You'll have to find your disk.

Boot with the extensions off (press shift on startup). Then remove the "multiple users" control panel and extension (put them on the desktop). Reboot.

There's no way to get around it without taking to an authorised service center. That's the whole point of the password - to keep your data secure :)
