Hello everyone,
It's a G4 OS 9.1. When we tried to boot it up, it displayed a folder with a flashing question mark "?" and could not go any further. Please help!!! Any info or suggestion is appreciated. Thank you.

Place OS install CD in drive. Reboot, and hold down "C" key. Mac will run from OS on CD. Try to figure out why it stopped running from OS on HD.

This usualy means that it can't find the start-up disk. After you start up from the CD (note: fieraci's post) goto the control panels, There should only be two at this time, and open the start up disk one. Selet whatever HD you want to start with and restart. If you continue to have trouble your disk may be damaged.(This happend to me, I had to take out the internal HD and buy a external, but it boots fine now)
