I have an Apple Quadra 650 without cd with system 7.5. It was crashed and booted with a ? disk. I have no original system disks. I'm running Basilisk II JIT in my pc and I made a Mac 7.5.3 boot disk and it booted my mac but the hard disk is still missing. In addition to Basilisk II JIT, I have: HFVExplorer,StuffIt Expander, Gemxplor in my pc and downloaded and installed system 7.5.3 (19 parts) to pc. My questions are: 1). Do I have to have an old version Norton Utilities disk to boot and fix the mac, if I do, how or where can I get the disk because the shop sells only new version in CD; 2). Can I just using basilisk II JIT in my pc and make installer disks for system 7.5.3 and reinstall the system to my mac? If yes, how do I make the installer disks due to the large system files? Can somebody please show me how to transfer the downloaded system 7.5.3 files to floppy in order to reinstall it to my mac?
