Final Cut 3 will run on OS9 and OSX.
To be precise on the OS9 side, it requires
OS 9.2.2. See the link below, and go to the bottom of the page for specs. http://www.apple.com/finalcutpro/index.html It will run happily on a G4 400+

Would you please give me an idea if Final cut express is enough to make television commercials, or am I a lot better off with FCP 3.
I have been using premiere 6.5 with title deko and hollywood fx gold. Will FcP 3 do a lot more than premeire in the effects dept?
Is it comparable? ...or better, and in what way.
