hi, i have an iso image with an .dmg file extension. iwant to burn it to cdr to give to my mate who has a e-mac. he says the discs have to b formatted for mac. what software do i use so i can burn stuff for him to use in his e-mac ???? i have nero,cdmate,drwin,clone
can pc stuff wok in macs???

Use Nero to burn the cd using the default ISO9660.
Then he must be able to read that.

What emac he has and what OS?

HE HAS e-mac on Mac os X ???? IAM A PC GURU SO I DNT NO WHAT THAT MEANS!!

WHEN I CAHANGE SETTINGS TO ISO9660 I KNOW THAT WILL REASD IN BOTH BUT THE IMAGE FILE IS A .DMG IS THIS A MAC FILE EXTENSION? FOR INSATNCE IF I PUT IT IN ISO BUSTER IT WANT READ IT, WHAT BURNING SOFTWARE SAVES IN *.DMG???

PS SORRY ABOUT CAPATIALS I COULDNT B BOTHERES TO PRESS CAPS LOCK AND REDO IT ALL :-)

But it's not a Mac problem. It's a Windoze problem. As in the software runs on Windoze, so it's a Windoze problem.

well i posted it in the winxp forum, but they all sent me over here coz for some reason they thought u might b able to help as u supposidly know about mac stuff!!!!
were they wrong?

as my answer still hasnt been answered,
woondering if u do know the answer?

You Brits stay out too late.

But yeah, those morons on the 'doze fora wouldn't know intelligence if it smacked them in their collective face. Like I said, if they give you guff, send 'em my way.

At any rate, if you need help using Nero, that's *definitely* a Windoze question, not a Mac one.
