I heard that it is possible to remove the hard drive from an i-book with a cooked logic board and make it into an external drive. How would one go about doing this?

Thanks!

You need a 2.5" external hard drive case. Then follow the take apart manuals on the Apple website to remove the hard drive.

Once you get the hard drive into the casing, make sure you format it once you've retrieved your data.
