Hopefully someone can help me out here, I have a friend who has an IMAC, about 18 months ago, lightning hit and took out the NIC on it. The place she took it said it would be very pricey to replace, since it was very integrated (i guess they would have to replace the mobo?). Anyways, can anyone think of a way to get another Cat5 connection on this thing? I was thinking a USB Network Adapater, but all I can find is for PCs or OS X.

Thanks,
Marcus

That's because there aren't any drivers for USB-Ethernet converters for OS 9.
