Now windows only recognizes the intel and amd architectures(plus a few others) your processor will defeat you every time also your bios config etc......
but you can emulate windows using bochs or virtual pc or win4lin etc.... personally i would wait about three weeks for the releas of the new xen server technology it is supposed to support windows then
the difference between xen and conventional virtualazation is amazing
with conventional emulators you take a tremendous hit on resources with xen you can run 50 virtual boxes and hardly see any load increase..
you might be able to port it to osx using gentoo on osx wich adds a linux native layer to osx (not darwin but true linux)
