exporting iphoto slideshow

How do i export iphoto2 slide show to a digital video camera via the firewire cable.
From iPhoto, File > Export > Quicktime gives you a .mov file. Maybe the camera comes with software that lets you upload that?

Never having used iPhoto, I will guess here: iPhoto looks to save to a FILE. You can EXPORT a movie to the camera, and that works, yes? I would do as Will mentions, and create a movie file, then try to EXPORT (Not SAVE) that to the camera.
