Does anyone know if it is possible to convert an .exe-file, so I can use on my Mac?

I could be wrong, but I've been told you
can purchase Maclink Plus for under a
hundred dollars. Salesman might know
the answer?

MacLink won't help.

An .exe file (excutable program) is PC
ONLY. You can however, run it on a Mac
using a PC emulator like VirtualPC.
