CPU/Ram: 320Mhz/320 Mb

I have a G3 Mac 320Mhz and 320 Mb RAM using OSX 10.3. I am trying to install a driver for a HP LaserJet 4Plus for the Mac(downloaded from HP website), I get so far
then a message comes up saying that "the installation requires a System
Folder on the destination drive. The installation has been cancelled." What does this mean and how can I sort this problem out.

Sounds like you may have downloaded a driver for OS 9 or
earlier.
