Comment: Have an eMac with OX 10.1.5. Got a new Epson C80. Downloaded printer driver from Epson, Epson 10057 which puts folder 10055 on desktop. Says it's good for OS X 10.0 - 10.1. After installing, it works in Classic and when I boot in 9. BUT, it won't work in OS X. I go to print Manager, go to Add printer, and then I get the message "Print Manager unexpectably quit"! So what's going on? Anyone having same problem? Is the driver no good? Would an older driver be better? HELP!!

Reply: (edit)Hi David. Maybe because you have OS X 10.1.5 and the Epson driver works with 10.1, your operating system is slightly ahead of the Epson drivers.
Keep watching Epson's site for another update of their drivers which would cover 10.1.5. Take care,
Linda

Reply: (edit)Hi again. I went to Epson's site and see that the driver's for OS X 10.1 are from October of last year.
Your computer's OS is newer, so Epson should be coming out with an updated driver. Take care,
Linda
