I want to be able to access chats that use
Java but I can't get my Java "enabled". I
don't know what to do, and the apple website
was no help. I have a Power PC and OS 8.

Try this. Launch your browser. Select preferences
from the Edit menu. If you use Netscape, click on
"Advanced" in the list on the left side of the
Preferences window. If you use Explorer, click on
the triangle next to "Web Browser", and select
Java from the list below. In either case, simply
check the box for "Enable Java". Check some of the
other Java preferences, and if everything looks
good, click on OK. See what happens. I am no Java
expert, but I think this might be what you're
missing.
