I was wondering if it is possible to dual-boot my mini mac
with my current OSX panther, with an install of OSX
server. I got a trial copy through work, and was just
wanting to play around with it for awhile.Since I'm new to mac's, is there a way to dual-boot like
this? Does mac supply a multiple boot loader, and if so,
how do i configure it? Is this even possible? I know it's
possible to put yellowdog and OSX on the same machine,
but what about this particular configuration. I've tried to
find other posts relating to this but haven't found what i'm
looking for.I know that i will have to make multiple partitions (well at
least 2) for what i'm asking. The main thing i'm looking
for is how will the mac handle 2 versions of OSX, does it
have something like grub, boot selector???TIA

It will work fine. All Macs are capable of having multiple
systems installed on different partitions. You'll just use the Startup Disk Preferencepane to select
which system to boot into. With your machine, you can hold the Option key at startup
to get a screen to select the boot system.

Great, thanks for your fast reply. I figured it would work, just didn't want to partition this thing out without KNOWING for sure first.
