As far as I know, Redhat doesn't directly distribute a Mac version of Linux. I've heard that their ix86 versions can be run on a Mac using Virtual PC, but I'm not sure what you gain by that. Other distros such as LinuxPPC, Yellowdog, Debian, etc.) can cohabitate with the Mac OS. The machine I'm working on right now (beige G3) is set up to boot OS 8.6, OS 9.1, OS X, and LinuxPPC (2000 Q4 release).
Instructions, FAQs, etc. can be found at each manufacturer's site:
www.linuxppc.com
www.debian.org
www.yellowdoglinux.com

DMR talks about dual boot Mac OSes - how do I set that up? I need to test software products on OS 8x and OS 9x - TIA

I'd like to know how to set up a dual boot (Mac OS 9.1 and OS X) on my Powerbook G3...or even a triple...with Yellow Dog Linux thrown in. Right now, only 9.1 and X are on the machine, but each in differetn partitions.
Any suggestions?
